Your site will be held on one our dedicated Web Servers. Unlike many web designers who utilise shared hosting which means your site is held on a server with an indeterminate number of other websites that may effect your website's speed of response and resilience.   Using dedicated web servers as you would expect, is considerably more expensive but means that we have full control of the load placed on the servers and are able to monitor the hardware's performance, to ensure your website is always available and responding at a speed your customers expect.   The servers themselves are maintained by the largest server hosting company in Europe. The Servers are located in a secure, specifically built data centre alongside hundreds of other web servers. The environment is fully climate controlled with power being maintained by UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) and automatic generator.  Communication to the Internet is via 14mb of connections, provided by three mainstream Telecoms Providers routed to three separate hubs. These precautions all ensure your site remains available on the internet.   We also offer e-mail services which we provide as standard POP accounts. These can be accessed via your normal Outlook or Macmail or via a WEBmail interface that allows you to receive and send mail from any computer anywhere in the world that has internet access. Alternatively, we will capture all the mail being sent to your website and automatically re-direct it to an e-mail address of your choice.
